This year, through my organization with Usana Health Sciences, we are holding a raffle to support our cause to feed starving children all across the globe via Children’s Hunger Fund. Each *$12 raffle ticket purchased will help to feed a child in need for one month. For more information on CHF, click through the photo to see what this great organization is all about. “Over the past twenty years, Children’s Hunger Fund has provided nearly $1 billion in food and other aid to help the needy. Since the beginning, 99% of all contributions have gone directly to programs serving the needs of children.” Now I personally believe in being charitable during all times of the year, but to spread a little cheer for those in the giving spirit, we will be rewarding one lucky supporter (TBA on January 10, 2012 at a live drawing) with a brand new **iPad2! How do I donate & support the cause? This raffle is limited to those in the United States only. Thanks to technology, we have a convenient and, most importantly, safe method to receiving donations through a popular app called Square. This billing service is simple, effective and provides us the convenience of accepting Visa, MasterCard, Amex & Discover cards without risking your information. Upon processing (by nearest weekend at latest), you will receive a confirmation e-mail to notify your donation was approved along with your ticket stub number for the live raffle. Cash is accepted for San Diego Area only due to geographical limitations (apologies!) by contact. On January 10, 2012 the live raffle will be streamed at a local event in San Diego, CA for all to watch! For those who absolutely cannot make it, the winning announcement will be recorded and posted to YouTube. The winner will be notified via e-mail to claim their prize. If the winner is out of town, the prize will be shipped at no charge.
